I cant seem to open the original story you posted about your friend’s issues with Flight Center. I myself am currently trying to resolve a bad customer service issue with flight center that has resulted in the loss of my $1300 ticket.

If you could give me another link to the story that would be very much appreciated, as it may help me with my case.

Comment on NUnit and the app.config by mikolg http://david.givoni.com/blog/?p=4&cpage=1#comment-64957 mikolg Tue, 09 Aug 2011 11:06:35 +0000 http://david.givoni.com/blog/?p=4#comment-64957 These ways does not work if .nunit contains test projects with different app.config

I’ve solved it using next command (gui also has such settings)

nunit-console /process=Multiple all-tests.nunit

so each test runs in own process and corresponded app.config is loaded

Comment on NHibernate: IQuery or ICriteria by Nomogo http://david.givoni.com/blog/?p=9&cpage=1#comment-36394 Nomogo Wed, 09 Dec 2009 14:56:53 +0000 http://david.givoni.com/blog/?p=9#comment-36394 As far as I know, many Expression (derived from Restriction) static methods (Like, Eq, Gt, …) use an “object value” parameter, meaning they go boxing your Car to Object everytime you add a single criterion to you query. It takes time.
This may be involved in you 4/5 factor.

That is because NUnit defaults to using a single AppDomain. Running NUnit with /domain:Multiple should solve the problem.

Comment on O/R Mappers and automatic code generation by david http://david.givoni.com/blog/?p=5&cpage=1#comment-23496 david Sun, 12 Oct 2008 16:37:37 +0000 http://david.givoni.com/blog/?p=5#comment-23496 Hi Werutz,
I’m sorry but I can’t recommend you any books. I mostly get my knowledge reading blogs or forums online, but if you’d like to know more about Object Relational Mappping i suggest you search for it on google and read some of the ressources out there. There has been a lot of discussion about it, and I can definitely recommend using an ORM framework.
Kind regards,
David
